Rental process

Espace Costume is self-service. The staff will assist you on site while answering your questions, but our services do not includes the composition of costumes.

The layaways are for a period of two weeks free of charge. You must identify your trolley (name, phone number, production). If you wish to extend your layaway beyond this period, you must contact us, otherwise charges will be applied.
 

Return of costumes

A rental brought back late will be charge according to the subsequent rental period. (ex: a rental returned one week late will be charged at the rate of one month)

In the event of loss of an item, a replacement fee of 10 times the rental value of the item will be charged. An item that has not been found after one month is considered lost.

Upon return, the costumes must be cleaned and on the original hangers.

Payment

The final bill will be sent following the return of the costumes, unless there are exceptions.

Payment methods accepted : company check, credit / debit cards, cash or online payment.

Note that if the customer accumulates significant and recurring payment delays, Espace Costume reserves the right to refuse any new rental.
